Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-Hour Shifts)

Pay:22-25 DOE
About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to 1 individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals live independently, achieve personal goals, and participate in their communities.
Responsibilities
● Provide direct care and support to individuals served
● Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
● Support community inclusion and recreational activities
● Administer medications as trained and authorized
● Complete required documentation and progress notes
● Follow Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
● Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment
● Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation as needed
Qualifications
● Must be at least 18 years old
● High school diploma or GED preferred
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Ability to pass background checks
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not
