We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a 88-unit apartment community in Corcoran, CA. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values creating a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.
Experience with general building maintenance and landscaping is preferred, and experience with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, or RD) is a plus.
As the Maintenance Technician, you will help ensure the property is well maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing general maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
