Lead the Team That Keeps Our East Grand Forks Operation Moving
Transystems is seeking a hands-on Transportation Operations Supervisor to support daily sugar beet re-haul operations at our East Grand Forks, MN location.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys leading people, coordinating moving parts, solving problems, and staying actively involved in the operation. You will help oversee employees, drivers, equipment, workflow, and communication while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork.

What You Will Do
- Supervise employees and coordinate transportation operations
- Assign work and help maintain an efficient, productive workflow
- Communicate expectations clearly and address operational issues as they arise
- Support a safe working environment and ensure company procedures are followed
- Coordinate with drivers, equipment operators, dispatch, and project management
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, direction, and accountability
- Assist with operating a front-end loader or excavator when needed
- Help resolve staffing, scheduling, equipment, and logistical challenges
- Build positive working relationships with employees from a variety of backgrounds

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience leading or supervising employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize people, equipment, and competing priorities
- Willingness to work directly alongside the team when needed
- Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, agriculture, or a related operation
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a front-end loader or excavator
- Class A CDL and professional driving experience
- Experience working in agricultural or seasonal operations
- Working knowledge of Spanish, with conversational proficiency preferred
