Paramount Home Health is currently hiring a Full-Time RN.
Monday - Friday, Daylight shift, reports to one location, No Travel!
The RN will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Evaluation and routine skilled nursing visits to our patients
- Documenting and updating visit notes into Brighttree within 24 hours of visit
- Location of practice limited to one location - Paramount Assisted Living - Pittsburgh Area
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience with Oasis preferred, but not required
- Preferably one (1) year of experience as a Home Care Nurse
- Has a reliable means of transportation and proof of insurance
