Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, individualized nursing care to a medically fragile student
- Monitor the student’s medical status and respond to health concerns during school hours
- Implement care protocols, including medication administration and emergency response as needed
- Keep accurate, thorough documentation of care provided and health observations
- Collaborate with school personnel and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Participate actively in school nursing meetings and trainings as required
