Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive night audit procedures, verifying daily financial transactions and updating property management systems (PMS.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using hospitality reservation systems.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations through friendly communication.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills.
- Monitor hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed and responding swiftly to any incidents or guest concerns during the night shift.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile accounts to ensure all financial data is accurate for the next day’s operations.
- Support front desk operations by managing guest requests, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and assisting with late-night arrivals or departures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, ideally with resort experience or familiarity with property management systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance guest communication across diverse populations.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and customer service best practices in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and face-to-face interactions, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attentiveness.
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and resort environments is a plus.
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am.
Pay: $13.00 per hour
