Support daily accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, general ledger and financial reporting

Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets, and operational performance

Assist with payroll coordination, employee records management, and monthly financial reporting

Support tax preparation, CPA coordination, audits, licensing, and compliance reporting

Help enforce company policies, accountability, and workplace standards

Contribute to process improvements and support strategic planning initiatives

Serve as a reliable backup to the Controller and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Bachelors degree in accounting

5+ years of accounting or financial management experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Principles)

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
