Hadaway Wireless Solutions LP is a leading Texas-based provider of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), fiber optics, network infrastructure, and custom fabrication. With 25 years of experience and a reputation for precision, clean installations, and carrier-grade quality, we support enterprise clients, hospitals, campuses, industrial facilities, and major carriers across Texas.
We are expanding our DAS deployment team and seeking a Wireless DAS Construction Manager who can lead field operations with professionalism, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.
Position Summary
The Wireless DAS Construction Manager oversees all phases of DAS construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to Hadaway’s high standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on field experience, and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily DAS construction activities including fiber, coax, antennas, BDAs, and headend buildouts
- Lead and supervise field crews and subcontractors across multiple job sites
- Interpret DAS design packages, RF layouts, riser diagrams, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, carriers, general contractors, and client representatives
- Ensure installations meet NEC, NFPA, carrier, and Hadaway quality standards
- Conduct site walks, progress inspections, and installation audits
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve conflicts or delays
- Track materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Document progress through daily reports, photos, and redlines
- Support commissioning teams during testing, optimization, and turn-up
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of DAS, wireless construction, or telecom infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of DAS components: fiber, coax, splitters, antennas, BDAs, headend equipment
- Ability to read and interpret RF design documents and construction drawings
- Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with carrier standards (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)
- Ability to travel to job sites across Texas
Preferred Skills
- Experience with iBwave or similar design tools
- Knowledge of public safety DAS requirements
- Understanding of NEC, NFPA, and local building codes
- Ability to assist with basic troubleshooting and commissioning
