Job Responsibilities:
- Solution development and deployment: Leading the development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet standards and practices
- Technical guidance: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and offshore teams
- Quality assurance: Conducting testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of solutions
- User acceptance testing: Facilitating User Acceptance Testing with clients and helping them prioritize defects
- CMDB design: Designing, architecting, and implementing a CMDB that aligns with the CSDM framework
- Discovery and event management: Leading hands-on development for discovery and event management tools
- Third-party platform integrations: Integrating ServiceNow with third-party platforms
- Enterprise monitoring tool integrations: Integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools
- MID Server management: Managing MID Servers for both On Prem and Cloud MID Servers
- Collaboration: Collaborating with other ServiceNow architects, developers, product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its practical implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development practices.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, asset management, and configuration management processes.
- Experience in cloud architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Required:
We require a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, IT, Information Systems in related field or equivalent work experience.
