What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage new business (60–100 calls/day + email/LinkedIn)
- Connect with decision-makers and generate interest
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Manage pipeline activity in CRM and follow up consistently
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and confidence on the phone
- Coachable with a willingness to improve
- Organized and disciplined with follow-through
Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 - 75,000 + Year 1
- Base salary or bonus (whichever is higher)
- Bonuses per appointment + closed deal
- Clear path to Account Executive promotion
