Will you synchronize with the Shop Manager to maximize fabrication throughput, align shop schedules with field needs, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve shop–field communication?

Will you champion training across gross margin management, estimating, bidding strategy, contracts, financial forecasting, project budgeting, risk management, leadership development, customer service, and PEC procedures—and codify best practices and playbooks?
