Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Junior Bridal Stylist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into bridal retail with no prior bridal experience. You’ll assist with appointments, help maintain the showroom, and learn the essentials of the bridal industry in a supportive, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist brides during scheduled dress try-on appointments
- Support accessory sales and appointments
- Tend to the front desk and assist with client intake
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house and fitting suites
- Return dresses to racks, dress mannequins, and assist with visual merchandising
- Keep the stock room neat, organized, and accessible for the team
- Provide consistent weekend support to the sales staff
- Work towards becoming a Bridal Stylist
Work Schedule:
This position requires working two days per week: Monday and Saturday, during the store’s regular operating hours.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 10–15 lbs
Qualifications
- No prior bridal experience necessary – we’ll train you!
- 2 years work experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
