Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As our Cannabis Concierge, you'll be the first friendly face our customers see on their cannabis journey at the dispensary. You'll be helping folks discover the perfect products, sharing your knowledge and opinions, and creating a truly personalized, boutique experience. Think of yourself as a cannabis guru and a community builder, all rolled into one!
Here's a peek at what you'll be doing:
- Engaging with customers from the moment they walk in, making them feel super comfortable and heard.
- In-depth knowledge of all available products and strains. (ongoing product training provided)
- Handling customer IDs, age verification, and making sure all the details are spot on in their profiles.
- Help manage the energy and flow on the sales floor.
- Jumping in to help with inventory and keeping our space sparkling clean and organized.
- Mastering our Point-of-Sale system like a champ.
- Answering calls, emails, and all those inbound customer questions with a smile.
- Follow established policies applicable to the role.
- Other duties as assigned.
You're Our Kind of People If You Have:

A year+ of customer love: You've rocked it in a busy retail or hospitality gig.

A passion for cannabis: Previous cannabis retail experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn and share, that's what truly matters!

The age requirement: You're 21 or older.

A clean record: You'll need to pass a criminal history background check.

Flexibility is key: You're available to work 3-4 days a week, including those prime Friday to Sunday shifts.

Computer confidence: You're comfortable navigating software and systems.
