About the Role: We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. You will service residential, multifamily, and commercial systems. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys variety and solving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diverse HVAC systems.
- Service residential units, apartment complexes, and light commercial properties.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Explain technical issues and repair options clearly to customers.
- Document work orders and parts used via our digital platform.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum [Insert Number, e.g., 3-5] years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and refrigeration circuits.
- Valid EPA Universal Certification (Type I, II, III).
- Experience working across residential, multifamily, and commercial settings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
