Bobin's Barbershop has expanded and we are looking for licensed barbers.
We are located in Kearny Mesa and have been receiving a lot of volume in walk-ins.
We are seeking a passionate and talented experience barber to join our dynamic barbershop team! In this role, you will bring your expertise in hair styling, creativeness and yourself to help clients look and feel their best. Your energetic approach and commitment to exceptional customer service will create a welcoming environment where clients trust your skills and leave feeling confident.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming using various techniques such as straight razors and clippers.
- Provide expert hair styling, scissor work and professionalism
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Utilize barbers software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process smooth interactions.
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, communicate styling options clearly, and recommend suitable products or services.
- Must greet clients, schedule appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.
Experience
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with current certification required.
- Must perform a demonstration on a hair model as the interview process.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients effectively and building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high sanitation standards.
