Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, technically minded B2B Signage Sales Representative/ Account manager who can generate new commercial opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and grow accounts over time. This is a sales-first, relationship-driven role for someone who already understands commercial signage sales and can confidently guide clients through the early stages of a signage project.
Previous commercial signage sales experience is required. The successful candidate should understand common sign types, basic site-survey information, proposal development, quote follow-up, and how a commercial sign project moves from concept through fabrication and installation.
Duties
- Generate new business through B2B outreach, calls, emails, site visits, networking, and follow-up.
- Respond to incoming leads, quote requests, and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, property managers, business owners, and existing clients.
- Consult with clients on signage needs, design direction, materials, timelines, and practical solutions.
- Review artwork, photos, specifications, drawings, and project information to help prepare accurate estimates.
- Schedule site surveys, collect photos and measurements, and gather project details as needed.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes and proposals until each opportunity is won, lost, or placed on hold.
- Maintain accurate sales tracking, pipeline updates, follow-up notes, and opportunity status.
- Identify scope changes, additional work, or client-requested revisions and communicate them before work proceeds.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial sign products, including channel letters, sign cabinets/lightboxes, monument or pylon signs, dimensional letters, vinyl and window graphics, illuminated and non-illuminated signs, and sign service or repair.
- Must be comfortable prospecting and generating new business
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to gather project details, and communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, quotes, and project details.
Compensation
This position offers a base salary plus commission.
Compensation includes:
- Base salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience
- Commission on collected sales
- Commission is paid according to company policy after customer payment is received.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
