Responsibilities:
- Legacy Property Management is seeking a highly motivated Property Manager/Leasing Agent to oversee and manage our Fort Wayne, IN location.
- As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our community by ensuring efficient operations, maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction, correct billing and payments.
- Contact Leads through Zillow
- Show units to tenant prospects
- Ensure that bank deposits are made promptly when payments are received
- Assist with move ins and move outs
- Be detail oriented when it comes to Buildium and Monday softwares, ensuring accuracy of tenant ledgers
- File evictions when necessary and attend court with our third party attorneys
- Mail out security deposits and deposit letters after a tenancy ends, work with the regional maintenance director to determine the correct amount.
- Respond to emails and escalated customer calls that get passed along from our customer success team.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
