Join Central Valley Ag (CVA) as part of our Station Operations team, where great customer service and strong mechanical skills come together. You’ll work directly with customers to keep their vehicles running safely and efficiently — performing tire, lubrication, and general maintenance work in a clean, professional environment.
PURPOSE
As an employee in Petroleum/Station Operations at Central Valley Ag you will be responsible for servicing customers’ vehicles, maintenance including, but not limited to tires, lubrication, petroleum and other service requests with positive and professional service and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service.

Identifies potential maintenance needs for clients.

Provides courteous and timely service requests or explains available services.

Offers advice on the purchase or sale of petroleum products.

Records transactions accurately and keeps clients informed regarding transactions.

Confers with customers and/or petroleum personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service/equipment.

Work with Location Manager on inventory and equipment needs.

Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.

Ensure inventory is stored properly and neatly.

Ensure shop area is clean and professional in appearance.

Schedules customer requests, specifications or needs.

Promote CVA Safety culture.

Other duties as assigned.
