In this role, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by preparing and maintaining the breakfast area, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, well-stocked dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Set up, maintain, and replenish the complimentary breakfast buffet throughout service.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Clear and sanitize tables, countertops, and serving areas.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and questions.
- Work closely with other hotel team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Complete breakfast breakdown and clean-up at the end of service.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
