Job Summary
Dermatology Associates of Oakbrook Terrace, conveniently located in the heart of Chicago’s western suburbs, is a comprehensive private practice for adult, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. We are looking to hire an experienced, Full-time Licensed Esthetician who is enthusiastic, dependable and motivated to join our growing medical aesthetics team!

Qualifications:
- Current Esthetician License
- Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
- Driven to provide exceptional patient care and results
- Comfortable conducting one-on-one consultations to educate patients on skincare products and treatment plans
- Knowledgeable in recommending retail skincare products
- Skilled in marketing, social media, and helping grow the practice
- A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
- Proficient in:
- IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments
- Laser Hair Reduction (LHR)
- Microneedling
- Customized Facials
- Microdermabrasion
- PDT treatments
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
- Recommend professional skincare products to support treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and patient engagement
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment

This role follows a four day work week. Our office is closed on Wednesdays and is open one Saturday per month. One office - no travel required.
