Summary:
Support corporate banking activities with a focus on syndicated and bilateral loans. Responsible for credit analysis, loan underwriting, client onboarding, compliance review, and portfolio monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in syndicated and bilateral lending opportunities.
- Conduct KYC/customer onboarding and ensure BSA/AML and OFAC compliance.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare credit proposals.
- Perform credit and risk assessments on borrowers.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and borrower performance.
- Coordinate loan closing and documentation with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Economics preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Analysis, or Lending.
- Strong financial statement and credit analysis skills.
- Knowledge of syndicated loans and corporate lending is preferred.
- Familiarity with KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
