Job Overview
Cornerstone Roof and Repair is looking for a motivated, personable Roofing Project Manager to join our sales team. This is a commission-based, independent role with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you make. Set your own hours and manage your own workflow; we care about results, not clocking in. No roofing experience required; we'll train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Generate and follow up on leads (door-knocking, referrals, provided leads, storm damage areas)
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess damage/needs
- Build accurate, competitive estimates and present proposals
- Close sales and guide customers through the contract process
- Work with insurance adjusters on claims when applicable
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout the project for referrals and repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn roofing systems and the insurance claims process
- Prior sales, construction, or customer service experience a plus, but not required

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
