Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hadoop Administrator with strong expertise in managing and supporting Hadoop clusters. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem components and be responsible for cluster administration, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management.
Required Skills:
8+ years of Hadoop Administration experienceStrong experience with HDFS, YARN, Hive, and SparkExperience with Cloudera (CDP/CDH) or Hortonworks (HDP)Linux/Unix administration experienceKnowledge of Hadoop security (Kerberos, Ranger)Experience with cluster monitoring and performance tuningStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Hadoop clustersMonitor cluster health and performancePerform upgrades, patching, and troubleshootingManage Hadoop security and user accessSupport Data Engineering and Analytics teamsEnsure high availability and optimal cluster performance
Preferred:
Experience with Kafka, Sqoop, Oozie, or HBaseCloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
