Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual tasks and physical labor to support the successful completion of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic demolition and site preparation work
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Collaborate with the construction crew to ensure the efficient and safe execution of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Working Conditions
This is a temporary, full-time position with a flexible schedule. The work environment will primarily be on active construction sites, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other physical demands. Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
Compensation and Benefits
$14 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
