Daycare Teacher / Early Childhood Educator

What You’ll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where children can learn and thrive.
- Implement our fun, research-based curriculum tailored to individual learning styles.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow teachers.
- Guide daily classroom activities, playtime, learning exercises, and outdoor fun.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for early childhood education and working with young children.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Degree or CDA preferred, but not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Ability to pass state-required background checks.

Pay: $14.60 - $15.35 per hour

Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
