Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple car wash locations
- Lead, coach, and develop site managers and team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service and operational consistency across all locations
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall financial performance
- Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and operating expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Maintain company standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture across all locations
Qualifications
- Previous multi-unit or multi-site management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to drive operational and financial results
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
