Position Summary:
The Regional Manager provides strategic oversight for a portfolio of communities through the leadership of onsite teams. This role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and preservation of asset value. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in client relations, team development, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support onsite teams in hiring, training, development, and performance management
Oversee portfolio operations to ensure communities achieve financial, operational, and occupancy goals
Manage budgets, review financial and operational reporting, and implement improvement strategies
Maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, asset managers, and corporate leadership
Provide regular portfolio updates and respond promptly to client concerns
Drive revenue growth through market analysis, competitive positioning, and strategic marketing initiatives
Lead operational improvement initiatives and ensure implementation of company policies and programs
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure company standards, safety requirements, and compliance expectations are met
Oversee maintenance operations and capital improvement planning to preserve asset value and curb appeal
Monitor local, state, and federal regulations to ensure operational compliance and minimize risk
Identify market trends and opportunities for portfolio enhancements and present recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Real Estate license required in certain markets; otherwise preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple properties or portfolios
Strong understanding of property management operations, budgeting, occupancy management, and regulatory compliance
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
Ability to travel regularly within assigned portfolio

Pay: $61,625.88 - $74,216.12 per year
