We’re hiring a Credentialing Manager to lead provider credentialing and payer enrollment for Total Primary Care. This role is critical to ensuring providers are credentialed, approved, and billing on time.

Manage credentialing + recredentialing for MDs, NPs, PAs

Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments

Maintain CAQH and other payer portals

Track timelines to ensure providers are billing-ready

Communicate with providers and team members to gather required documents and explain credentialing steps and guidelines

Complete and submit payer enrollment and revalidation applications, track status and follow until approval
-
3–5+ years of credentialing experience (primary care preferred)

Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines
