Overview
This position requires an analytical and results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and digital advertising. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising across Meta, Google, and Amazon while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), increasing conversions, and supporting overall business growth.
The ideal candidate understands both the strategic and analytical aspects of digital advertising and uses performance data to continuously improve campaign results. This position will collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer and Content Marketing Specialist to execute high-performing campaigns and report to the Director of Marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns.
What You'll Do
Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and PPC).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, and performance to maximize ROAS and profitability.
- Support product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives through paid media.
Optimize Campaign Performance
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue, and return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing on audiences, campaign structures, placements, landing pages, and messaging.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Creative Collaboration
- Partner with the Graphic Designer and Content Marketing Specialist to develop high-performing advertising campaigns.
- Provide campaign briefs, audience insights, messaging recommendations, and creative direction based on performance data.
- Collaborate on ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Recommend new creative concepts and testing opportunities based on campaign insights and industry trends.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising Console, Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track marketing KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve advertising performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, content, design, product, and sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support website promotions, landing page optimization, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, AI-powered marketing tools, and platform updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising (Amazon PPC)
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing advertising budgets and maximizing ROAS
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale, Amazon Seller Central, or similar reporting platforms
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to develop high-performing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
