Tire Shop Manager
Northwest Side, Chicago
Looking for a dependable, adaptable leader ready to take real ownership of a tire shop.
This role is a strong fit for experienced Assistant Managers or high-performing Shift Leads / Crew Leads at tire shops who are ready for the next step. If you’re currently limited by corporate bureaucracy or stuck in a role with little real decision-making power, this is different.

The role
You’ll run the day-to-day operations of the shop — leading the team, driving sales, managing workflow, handling customers, and helping grow the business. You’ll have significantly more autonomy and control than most chain positions.
Compensation
$900 – $1,150 per week + performance bonuses
(Base pay depends on experience. Strong performers who help improve the shop will be rewarded based on agreed metrics.)
Location
Belmont Cragin (5245 W Grand Ave area), Chicago
Reliable transportation required.
