Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our apartment community in Mesa, Arizona.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and systems, while also managing a team of maintenance professionals.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.
- Provide guidance and training on electrical, plumbing, appliance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up-to-date for compliance purposes.
- Management of Budget, schedules and on call emergencies
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a apartment community
- HVAC and CPO experience and certification required
- Strong maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in Multifamily Property Maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Experience in facilities management, ensuring all aspects of the facility are maintained effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in all maintenance operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
