Front Desk Sales Associate, Great Earning Potential
Pay: $12.00–$18.00/hr base + commission
This isn't a phones-and-smile job. It's a sales role with a front desk attached, and the people who do it best treat every walk-in and every call like a chance to close.

What you'll do:
- Sell memberships and services, the core of the job
- Learn our full service menu (we train you, no spa experience required)
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests
- Communicate promotions and options persuasively but honestly
- Handle scheduling, phones, and front-desk operations
- Bring energy that's contagious, not performative

Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, exceptionally organized, comfortable working independently.
