We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care, Snow Removal & Property Maintenance Workers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in keeping properties looking their best, and is willing to help with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform seasonal yard cleanup
- Pull weeds, mulch, and complete basic landscaping tasks
- Assist with snow removal in the winter (plowing, shoveling, salting)
- Haul brush, remove debris, and maintain curb appeal
- Perform light property maintenance, including:
- Drywall patching & repair
- Painting & touch-ups
- General cleaning of vacant units or common areas
- Help with small repairs and upkeep projects as needed
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
- Follow schedules and complete tasks independently or with a team
Requirements
- 18+ with Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Previous lawn care, snow removal, or property maintenance experience preferred (not required)
- Basic skills in drywall, painting, and cleaning are a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Schedule
- Flexible weekday hours with occasional weekends
- 25–40 hours per week depending on workload and availability
- Seasonal snow removal opportunities during winter months
