We are currently hiring:
- LMSWs interested in working with teens and learning Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Training provided.
- LCSWs and LMHCs interested in working with adult clients in a supportive outpatient setting.
- Flexible hybrid scheduling available including daytime, evening, and remote opportunities.

Compensation
LMSW clinicians typically earn approximately $60,000–$75,000 annually depending on caseload and schedule.
LCSW/LMHC clinicians typically earn approximately $85,000–$100,000+ annually depending on caseload and schedule.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Requirements
- LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in New York
- Clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Comfortable with electronic documentation
- Suffolk County / Port Jefferson area preferred
