We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable Early Learning Assistant to support our young students (ages 3–10) in building strong foundational skills in math and reading.
Location:
Kumon of Palma Ceia – Tampa, FL (33629)
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade)
- Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition
- Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation
- Encourage focus, independence, and confidence
- Assist with classroom organization and student flow
✅ Requirements:
- Enjoy working with young children
- Patient, energetic, and attentive
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual (arrives a few minutes early)
- High school student (16+) or college student preferred
