Class A CDL Team Dedicated OTR Driver – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Los Angeles (LAX)
Pay: $1,500–$2,000 per week, per driver

Schedule: Team OTR with weekly return to domicile
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for consistent, high-mileage routes out of LAX. Run approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck on predictable, repeatable lanes with guaranteed weekly compensation.
Route Structure & Home Time
- Approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck
- Weekly return to the same LAX domicile
- Predictable, repeatable long-haul lanes
- Example routes include:
- LAX → EWR → ATL
- LAX → DFW → LAX
- LAX → EWR → ATL
- Long-haul miles without being away for weeks at a time
Pay & Bonuses
- 6+ months CDL-A/OTR: $1,500/week
- 1+ year: $1,750/week
- 1.5+ years: $2,000/week
- Up to 15% performance bonus
- $1,000 retention bonus paid 30 days after direct hire
- $3,000 retention bonus at 12 months of continuous employment
- Driver referral bonuses available
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer/OTR experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to run team OTR routes safely and reliably
