Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Provide personalized 1:1 in-home services, creating a supportive environment
- Implement behavioral reduction programs and skill acquisition plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Methodically collect and record data during sessions, ensuring accurate progress tracking
- Develop session notes promptly, reflecting the individual's progress and needs
- Embrace feedback from our lead BCBA or BCaBA, continuously improving your practice
- Actively participate in training sessions and company meetings to stay updated on best practices
- Uphold ethical standards and regulations outlined by the BACB guidelines and codes of conduct
Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old,
- Hold a high school diploma
- Pursue undergraduate or graduate studies in psychology, social work, or education (preferred)
- Successfully clear a comprehensive criminal background check
- Possess fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintain an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, showcasing your commitment to excellence
