Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and driven Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate is eager to gain substantial courtroom and litigation experience while handling a diverse caseload. This position offers significant client interaction, opportunities to appear in court, and the ability to develop professionally under the mentorship of an experienced litigator.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Interview and advise clients regarding legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel.
- Prepare cases for trial and assist in all phases of litigation.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
