ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms assists with luggage and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
Delivers mail, and packages to guest.
Picks up and delivers articles for laundry and valet service.
Transports hotel guests to and from the airport.
Responsible for the cleanliness and daily maintenance of hotel vans.
Responsible for the cleanliness of public areas and removal of trash.
Keeps record of calls for service.
Responsible for reporting maintenance problems to the Chief Engineer.
Ensures that all guests are served.
Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
Notifies Front Office Manager of guest comments.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
