The Opportunity: We are looking for a forward-thinking veterinarian to join our collaborative, 3-doctor team in Omaha. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner looking for your forever clinic home, or a motivated new graduate looking for structured mentorship, this role offers a rare path to practice ownership. While you will start as an Associate Veterinarian, our ideal candidate is someone interested in buying into the clinic within 5 years. We are fully prepared to mentor you in both medicine and business operations to set you up for a successful equity partnership.
What You’ll Do:
- Practice Quality Medicine: Deliver exceptional preventative, medical, and surgical care to Omaha's companion animals.
- Collaborate: Work alongside our 3 experienced doctors and highly leveraged support staff.
- Grow Your Skills: Benefit from strong mentorship (if a new grad) or bring fresh insights to our team (if experienced).
- Prepare for Ownership: Gradually learn the business operations, inventory management, and financial metrics of running a successful local practice.
What You’ll Bring:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree, and an active license (or eligibility) in Nebraska.
- Open to all experience levels—from passionate new graduates to established vets.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term goal of practice ownership or equity partnership.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
