We’re looking for a reliable HVAC Install Helper who’s ready to learn and grow in the field. This role is all about supporting the lead installer on residential HVAC installs, staying coachable, and bringing a strong work ethic to the team every day.

Responsibilities
· Assist lead installer with residential HVAC system installations
· Help with loading/unloading equipment and keeping the job site clean and organized
· Follow directions from the lead installer and stay open to coaching
· Use hand tools safely and properly
· Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company well
· Support the team with other tasks as needed (including occasional hourly work outside installs)
Experience
· 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience required
· Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems
· Must have own basic hand tools
· Strong willingness to learn and take direction
· Professional attitude and appearance
· Ability to work well on a team
Schedule
· Monday through Friday
· Rotating Saturdays
· Typically 1 install per day with your crew
Pay
· Piece rate (30%-50%) depending on experience.
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
