Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing individual to teach parent and me classes. In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers and young children focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment.
You will also work our birthday parties, creating high-energy, fun-filled, and well-organized birthday celebrations for toddlers and young children. Your role will involve leading engaging games, activities, and gymnastics exercises, ensuring that every guest feels included and has a fantastic experience.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, excels in delivering exceptional customer service and has a vibrant personality.
We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule with both weekday and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist age-appropriate classes and birthday parties, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
- Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
- Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
- Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
- Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
