Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Processor Manager to lead our order fulfillment operations and optimize supply chain efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire order processing lifecycle, coordinate with procurement, warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the order processing team to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment across all channels.
- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including inventory control, stocking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards.
- Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, SQL, Excel data analysis, and spreadsheets to identify trends, root cause issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate transportation planning with 3PL providers, freight carriers, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and shipping logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement continuous process improvements in warehouse operations, inventory management systems, demand planning, and freight management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct cross-functional communication with customer service, production planning, and logistics teams to align priorities and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery rates, inventory levels, and profit & loss metrics to drive accountability.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures during international shipments.
Skills
- Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems (IMS), ERP platforms like AS400 or similar systems.
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel (including spreadsheets), Tableau or other visualization tools for supply chain analytics.
- Proven ability in procurement processes including sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations such as stocking, manual handling techniques, shipping & receiving procedures.
- Expertise in transportation management including freight planning, transportation logistics, NVOCC operations, NVOCC freight forwarding experience preferred.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies like root cause analysis to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Familiarity with demand planning tools such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for production scheduling.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards for global supply chains.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and external partners.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel—for data collection, analysis skills including spreadsheet modeling—and reporting purposes.

Pay: $24.97 - $32.00 per hour
