We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to grow with an established and expanding practice.
Whether you already have aesthetic experience or are looking to build a long-term career in aesthetic medicine, we are willing to provide extensive one-on-one training to the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice and training.
- Perform laser and energy-based treatments including IPL, laser hair removal, RF microneedling, CO₂ laser resurfacing, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Recognize and appropriately manage complications and adverse events.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional care and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and advanced training.
- Support medical weight management and hormone optimization services as part of the practice's wellness offerings.
Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- National board certification.
- Current DEA license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with marketing and community outreach.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.

Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $58.00 per hour and is based on experience, qualifications, aesthetic experience, schedule, and overall fit for the position.
