Position Overview
We’re seeking a dependable Line Cook/ Short order cook with seafood experience to join our back-of-house team. Most prep is completed in the mornings, and service runs through a streamlined, seafood-focused menu. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a professional appearance, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prep and portion seafood, sauces, and sides each morning
- Cook and plate menu items consistently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and management
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
Requirements
- Prior seafood or grill line experience required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Must take pride in your work and come looking professional each shift
- Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Food handler certification
Schedule & Pay
- 25–40 hours per week
- Morning prep and evening service shifts available
