Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
- Lead staff training and development to promote excellent customer service and efficient food handling
- Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation for ramen, boba tea, and other menu items
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Use Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen and front-of-house areas
- Assist with shift management by coordinating team schedules, supervising staff performance, and addressing customer concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings
- Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques for ramen and beverages like boba tea, barista skills, and coffee experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing
- Excellent communication skills to train staff effectively and ensure top-tier customer service
- Knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management principles
- Ability to lead with energy, motivate team members, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $47,072.37 - $56,689.30 per year
