What You’ll Do
- Greet service customers warmly and guide them through the repair process with clarity and care
- Accurately write repair orders based on customer concerns and technician diagnosis
- Communicate proactively with others and set expectations, provide updates, and follow up
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate repair status
- Work well with others, cross-departmentally and in the best interest of everyone
- Translate complex technical information into clear, customer-friendly language
- Handle multiple service appointments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Monitor repair timelines and customer satisfaction, aiming for timely delivery and high CSI scores
- Help identify additional service needs and promote preventative maintenance plans
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with the ability to listen deeply and speak with confidence
- Emotionally intelligent and able to read customer concerns, even unspoken ones
- Highly organized, with strong follow-up habits and multi-tasking ability
- Calm under pressure and able to keep momentum during high-volume hours
- Natural problem-solver with good judgment in fast-moving situations
- Detail-oriented with high personal standards for accuracy and care
- Committed to professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or related customer-facing automotive role
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Willing to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Comfortable using service software and communicating via phone, text, and email
