What This Role Is About
As a Lead Installer, you are the face of our company in the home.
You don’t just install products—you deliver the experience.
From demolition to final walkthrough, you own the job. You ensure every project is:
- Done right the first time
- Completed on time
- Delivered with a true “Win the Wow” customer experience
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality bathroom installations with precision and pride
- Lead projects from demo to final install
- Create a professional, respectful, and positive customer experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
- Solve problems in real time and take full ownership of outcomes
- Represent company values through your work and attitude
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be perfect—but you do need to care deeply about doing things right.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and general construction
- Ability to measure, cut, and install with accuracy
- Proven problem-solving ability in the field
- Solid communication and customer service skills
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable truck and trailer
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
