MK Benatti Jewelers is seeking a polished, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients celebrate life's most meaningful moments through fine jewelry.
As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through a personalized shopping experience, from initial consultation to final purchase, while building lasting client relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and passionate about providing an elevated customer experience in a luxury retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that creates long-term customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a strong client book through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building.
- Accurately create and update customer profiles and sales records.
- Process transactions, payments, special orders, and repairs with attention to detail.
- Inform clients of upcoming events, promotions, new collections, and merchandise that may be of interest.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally while following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including handling merchandise and maintaining security standards.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and maintain an inviting, organized showroom.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and assist with store initiatives as needed.
