How to generate and convert real estate leads

Conducting buyer consultations and showings

Complete onboarding and participate in all training and coaching sessions

Follow up with company-provided leads and new inquiries

Assist with showings, open houses, and buyer activities

Practice scripts, role play, and lead conversion skills

Build and manage a pipeline of active clients

Track activity and progress using company systems

Work toward becoming a fully independent, producing agent

Real Estate License (or desire to obtain one)
